Jeramy is the CEO of the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Alliance, a member of the Disability Council of NSW, and a Non-Executive Director committed to advancing the rights, inclusion, and independence of people with disabilities. With over 25 years of experience in the disability sector, he brings a unique blend of not-for-profit leadership, business acumen, and strategic advocacy to drive meaningful change.
Holding an MBA, Jeramy is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Practicing & Chartered Manager Fellow with the Institute of Managers and Leaders. His work is deeply informed by lived experience following a workplace injury that resulted in a permanent neurological disability. Additionally, he is inspired by his daughter’s journey in finding her voice within the disability and LGBTQI+ communities, embracing her identity, and being proud of her disability—championing inclusion, self-advocacy, and empowerment.
Throughout his career, Jeramy has played a pivotal role in sector reform, complex organisational change, and policy advocacy, ensuring that people with disabilities have greater access to choice, control, and quality support. His leadership is driven by a steadfast commitment to inclusion, equity, and transformative outcomes, shaping a future where disability services and housing genuinely reflect the needs and aspirations of the people they serve.
