Jimmy Frank Jupurrurla is a Warumungu emerging leader, artist, and advocate. As Chief Cultural Officer and Chair of Wilya Janta, he brings strong cultural authority to the forefront of housing reform. Raised with deep ceremonial knowledge, Jimmy holds positions on the Central Land Council’s Barkly Committee and the board of the NT Aboriginal Investment Corporation. He is also cultural lead at Nyinkka Nyunyu and a founding member of the Tennant Creek Brio. Through his work across art, culture, and housing, Jimmy is helping drive systemic change from within community.
