Pam Jackson, a proud Bundjalung woman from the North Coast of New South Wales, serves as the First Nations Collaboration and Liaison Officer at Head Start Homes. With a distinguished career in education and community development, Pam has dedicated decades to empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
In her previous role at City West Housing, she was instrumental in forging partnerships with Aboriginal organisations across housing, health, and employment sectors, significantly contributing to the implementation of the organisation’s Reconciliation Action Plan
Pam is deeply committed to giving back to her community and is recognised as an Elder, a role she embraces with humility and pride. At Head Start Homes, she focuses on strengthening relationships with First Nations peoples and organisations, aiming to enhance access to home ownership and support services for Indigenous clients.
