Luke Isaacs is a Wadandi (Saltwater) Nyungar public sector leader with deep experience across Federal and State government programs and policy. As the First Peoples Partnership Lead at SEC Victoria, Luke has led development of the organisation’s First Peoples Self Determination Strategy (launched in February 2026) and is leading implementation, delivery and partnerships aligned with the Strategy. Through Luke’s leadership SEC is working to embed cultural authority, relational accountability, and recognition of First Peoples as rightsholders in institutional governance and decision-making. Luke’s work advances codesigned partnerships, benefit sharing, and Country-centred practice, aligning with SEC’s commitment to sharing power and investing in long-term outcomes across the energy transition. Luke is a Board Advisor on RMIT’s Centre for Urban Research and member of the Karri Karrak Aboriginal Corporation for the South West Boojarah region and of the South-West Aboriginal Land and Sea Council (SWALSC).
